1. Payment Policy

• Payments must be made via PayNow to OPENAIR ENGINEERING (UEN: 202507856G) or to our Bank Account (OCBC): 604402388001.

• Payments for annual contracts are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Any additional services, including part replacements, will be charged separately.

2. Service Conditions

• Our services are available from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.

• The service provided does not include repairs. Any replacement of parts will be charged separately.

3. Liability and Safety

• Customers must remove all fragile and valuable items from the work area before the commencement of any service.

• OPEN AIR ENGINEERING is not liable for any loss or damage to items left within the work area.

4. Acknowledgment and Agreement

• By engaging in our services, the customer acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

• The customer certifies that the services have been completed as per the agreement.

5. Interpretation Rights

• The right of interpretation and final decision regarding any disputes or ambiguities in these terms belongs solely to OPENAIR ENGINEERING.
